What we collect
Name, email, phone, ZIP code, vehicle and dealership details, your contact preference, notes you write, and the quote sheet you upload, which may contain personal and financial details.
How we use it
To review your quote, contact you about your request, and operate and secure the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Where it is stored
Uploaded files are stored privately and are accessible only to our team through expiring links. We use service providers for hosting, database and storage, and email. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we do not store your card number. If automated reading of quote sheets is enabled, sheets are processed by an AI service provider for that purpose.
Retention and deletion
We keep requests only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations. To have your data deleted, email us and we will remove your submission and uploaded file.
